We operate from Barbican Pharmacy & Clinic, a GPhC-registered pharmacy and designated Yellow Fever Centre. All appointments are led by Asad Repon, a GPhC-registered Independent Prescriber.

How to set up a corporate account
The process takes a few days at most:
- Get in touch via the booking page or call 020 7253 9691. Tell us your company name, expected travel volume, billing contact and PO/reference preferences.
- Account form — we'll send a short corporate account form (typically same-day). Once returned, the account is live.
- Employees book through your account or call directly. Monthly invoice goes to your finance team, no per-appointment expensing.
There's no minimum commitment — corporate accounts work whether you have one travelling employee a year or fifty. You're billed only for actual appointments. For ongoing expat employee relocations, the same account covers full multi-dose pre-departure courses for families relocating abroad.
Same-day urgent vaccinations
One of the biggest reasons City corporates use us is same-day capability. Last-minute deal trips, executive emergencies, client surprises — we can accommodate same-day with two hours' notice. Yellow Fever certificates are valid 10 days after vaccination, so plan accordingly for ICVP-required destinations. For everything else (Hep A, Typhoid, Meningitis ACWY, single-dose vaccines) we can vaccinate on the day of travel.
Bulk team and deal-team vaccinations
For teams of 5-25 people travelling together — deal teams, consulting engagements, engineering deployments — we schedule efficient back-to-back appointments. We can typically accommodate a team within 3-5 working days of first contact.
